Before founding Tapoly, Janthana held senior roles at UBS, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, and BNP Paribas. Ben is a Digital HR leader specialising in Reward Technology, HR transformation, and data-driven workforce strategy. As Digital HR Director for Reward Technologies at AstraZeneca, he leads the global digital strategy and roadmap for reward systems. Working closely with the Reward Centre of Excellence, HRIT, and Global Business Services, he delivers integrated technology solutions that simplify complex processes and enable more scalable, insight-driven reward operations. His work focuses on automation, AI, and data integration, modernising HR platforms and improving the way organisations manage compensation, incentives, and workforce insights. Ben leads cross-functional transformation initiatives, overseeing technology strategy, vendor solutions, delivery prioritisation, and investment planning. Prior to moving into HR technology leadership, Ben led technology talent acquisition at both AstraZeneca and Amazon Web Services, where he built high-performing and diverse engineering teams. He also founded the AstraZeneca Women in Tech Series, an initiative designed to spotlight women in technology and drive improvements in diverse hiring. CloudCo is a values led IT recruitment business focused on finding diverse Cloud, Data and AI talent for their customers. Danielle is a strong believer in bringing opportunities to all and is an advocate for ED&I within technology building industry partnerships to really drive change & make a difference. She has spent 10 years running kids coding clubs to engage children from a young age to pursue a career in tech, she has written various papers and speaks at industry events on diversity in tech.

Danielle is Co-Chair and a founding member of the North West Tech Talent Consortium, collaborating with prominent organisations such as ITV, GCHQ, Microsoft, Siemens, Barclays, Arup, BAE Systems, Manchester Airport Group and PwC. Anju has led the design of cutting edge virtual reality people training which was successfully rolled out to the NHS and world leading organisations.

Anju’s recent appointments include being Chair of the Advisory Board for Everything In Sport Women’s Edition Conference 2025. Anju is Co Founder and Chair of The Game Changers, an ethnically diverse female football coaching community,  alongside The Football Association. With over two decades of senior TA leadership across 27 countries, including Global Inclusion & Diversity TA Lead at Avanade (Microsoft/Accenture), Dan brings rare cross-sector depth to questions of fairness, technology, and workforce equity, with a particular focus on the structural barriers that continue to shape who gets hired, who gets seen, and who gets left behind in the tech sector.

He is currently completing an MA in AI, Ethics and Society at Birkbeck, University of London. Dan's work sits at the intersection of people, power, and emerging technology, challenging the assumption that automated hiring systems are neutral by design. He is a vocal critic of compliance theatre in AI auditing and a committed champion of systemic accountability over surface-level inclusion because real progress for women in tech demands more than good intentions encoded in broken systems.
