Table & Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions

• All payments must be made via our online payment portal or via bank transfer. We do not accept cash or cheque.

• Payment must be made prior to the event otherwise your booking will NOT be valid.

• Tables are allocated on a first come, first served basis.  We cannot guarantee positions or tables in the room.  If you are making a booking for two or more tables, we will endeavour to put your tables as close as possible.

• Drinks include sparkling wine in the drinks reception, half a bottle of wine and half a bottle of still or sparkling water per paying guest on your table.  All other drinks must be purchased separately.

• All tickets are non-refundable.

• By purchasing a ticket you agree to share your name and company for printed use on a guest directory in the event brochure. If you would prefer for us not to include you as an attendee, please let us know by emailing contact@womenintechemployerawards.co.uk
